Structured enough to be accountable. Agile enough to move.
Our delivery method keeps business requirements, technical decisions and client acceptance connected from the first conversation to go-live.
Seven stages
What happens at each stage, and what you get from it.

- 01
Discover
We understand the business objective, users, workflow, rules, existing systems and constraints.
Requirements summary and a clear direction for the solution.
- 02
Map
We visualize the customer journey and the operational steps behind it.
Clear scope boundaries, integrations and assumptions.
- 03
Design
We define UX, data, workflow and technical approach.
Approved direction before unnecessary development.
- 04
Build / Integrate
We develop, configure or connect the agreed components.
A working solution against the statement of work.
- 05
Test & UAT
AAA+ tests. The client validates the agreed business scenarios.
Documented feedback and acceptance process.
- 06
Go Live
Production deployment, agreed handover and launch checks.
Operational solution and documented ownership.
- 07
Support
Defect warranty and ongoing support as contracted.
Continuity, maintenance and controlled enhancements.
Build vs integrate
We do not rebuild technology just to say we built it.
If a mature third-party product solves the requirement reliably and economically, we can configure and integrate it. When the workflow or experience requires differentiation, we build the missing layer.

Commercial clarity
How projects start, how they are paid for, and what happens after launch.
- Starting. We begin with discovery, define the scope and assumptions, issue a proposal and statement of work, and proceed according to the agreed project milestones.
- Payments to AAA+. Our standard project structure is 30% upon signing, 30% at the agreed MVP or demo milestone and 40% at go-live or final handover, unless the statement of work states otherwise.
- Third-party costs. Unless a quotation expressly says otherwise, domains, hosting, payment-provider fees, POS subscriptions, delivery charges, messaging, licences and usage fees are separate and paid upfront or directly by the client.
- After launch. Standard projects may include a defined defect-warranty period. Ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements can be covered under a separate monthly or annual plan.
- Ownership. Ownership and handover are defined in the statement of work. Client data remains subject to the agreed contractual terms, while AAA+ may retain rights to its pre-existing and reusable background components as specified in the agreement.
Discovery is where every project starts.
Bring the business objective, the workflow and the systems you already use. We will return a requirements summary and a clear direction.
