What we do
Scope and integration.
Do you only build websites?
No. Websites are one part of the solution. AAA+ also builds or configures booking and scheduling journeys and integrates compatible payment, POS and delivery services.
Can AAA+ integrate with our existing systems?
Potentially, yes. Integration depends on the existing provider's API, documentation, permissions and technical capability. We confirm feasibility during discovery.
Can you build a booking system for classes or appointments?
Yes. We can configure an existing platform or build a tailored booking journey depending on capacity rules, staff and resources, memberships, waitlists, payment and reporting needs.
Do you provide the domain and business email?
We can assist with domain setup and corporate email configuration. We recommend that key accounts are registered in the client's ownership wherever practical.
Payments and fees
Who does what, and who pays for it.
Do you provide payment processing?
AAA+ provides technology integration with the client's selected approved payment provider. The payment provider remains responsible for its regulated payment services, merchant onboarding, settlement and transaction terms.
Can you connect KNET or card payments?
We can integrate supported payment methods through the merchant's selected approved payment provider, subject to the provider's account approval and available integration method.
Who pays third-party fees?
Unless a quotation expressly says otherwise, domains, hosting, payment-provider fees, POS subscriptions, delivery charges, messaging, licences and usage fees are separate and paid upfront or directly by the client.
How do payments to AAA+ work?
Our standard project structure is 30% upon signing, 30% at the agreed MVP or demo milestone and 40% at go-live or final handover, unless the statement of work states otherwise.

How do projects start?
We begin with discovery, define the scope and assumptions, issue a proposal and statement of work, and proceed according to the agreed project milestones.
How long does a project take?
Timeline depends on scope, integrations, content readiness, approvals and client feedback. AAA+ confirms the planned timeline after discovery rather than publishing a misleading one-size-fits-all promise.
What happens after launch?
Standard projects may include a defined defect-warranty period. Ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements can be covered under a separate monthly or annual plan.
Will we own our website and data?
Ownership and handover are defined in the statement of work. Client data remains subject to the agreed contractual terms, while AAA+ may retain rights to its pre-existing and reusable background components as specified in the agreement.
